Professor Anthony Nobles- Chairman & CEO
Prof. Nobles has invented over 150 medical devices and holds the rights to multiple patents and trademarks for his technologies. These range from electronics and medical devices to automotive technologies. Prof. Nobles has lectured and presented around the world at the American College of Cardiology, Society of Vascular Surgery, American College of Neurosurgery, Congress on Congenital & Structural Interventions, Paris meeting on Revascularizations, Harvard Medical School, USC School of Healthcare, UCLA Medical School, West Sachsen University in Zwickau, and many other congresses and schools. Prof. Nobles is a Professor of Biomedical Science at the West Sachsen University in Zwickau, Germany.
Ben Brosch- President
Mr. Brosch has over 35 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and management, with more than 18 years of experience in the medical devcice space. Mr. Brosch is a named inventor on several patents for innovative medical devices in the fields of general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, ObGyn, cardiac surgery, and cardiology. Mr. Brosch has co-founded and served as an executive of several medical device companies.

Richard J. Babcock- Non-Management, Independent Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Babcock serves as a non-paid member of the HeartStitch® Board of Directors, as well as corporate counsel. Mr. Babcock does not hold any shares of stock, warrants, or any other ownership in HeartStitch. Mr. Babcock joined the Board of Directors as the only non-management member of the Board. In his capacity as a member of the Board, Mr. Babcock provides strong corporate governance and an independent voice for the shareholders.
Mr. Babcock is a leading corporate advisor in Southern California, and has more than 25 years of experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity financings; as well as IPO’s, follow-on public offerings, PIPEs, and registered offerings. He has worked on more than 150 public and private acquisitions, ranging in size from several millions of dollars to more than $1 billion, and more than 15 registered public offerings. His practice also includes: a broad range of corporate and securities transactional matters; Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory matters; New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ listing and compliance matters; general corporate counseling; and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Babcock’s clients have ranged from privately-held, entrepreneur grown companies to large, well-established public companies. He serves as general counsel to many of his clients, and their management and boards of directors, helping to shape and execute their business strategies and advise them on day-to-day legal and other strategic issues.
In his earlier practice, Mr. Babcock was a partner at the international law firms of McDermott Will & Emery, Morrison & Foerster, and Sheppard Mullin.
